Functions

Conduct of scheduled examinations of -

  • Internal Tests
  • End Semester Examinations (Theory & Practical) End Semester Examinations are conducted every year in the months of November/December for ODD SEMESTER and April/May for EVEN SEMESTER
  • E-Governance

  • Integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Examination Process
  • Automation of the Life Cycle of Examination Management (online registration of candidates, examination fee management, internal marks uploading, online hall ticket generation, publication of result, printing of mark sheets and certificates)
  • Communication with stakeholders through dedicated institutional e-mail/user id.
  • Pre-Exam Process (Customized Barcoded Answer Booklets)
  • Post-Exam Process (Scanning and Generation of Marks)
  • Publication of Results and Post-Result Process
  • Issue of Certificates
